Marni always hires the best staff for her salon and expects excellence, and this is reflected in the salon’s overall experience. I have been coming here for longer than I can remember and now I have moved to the other side of town I still want to come back to Fem. The points system is great, and so are the products the girls use. They know their range well, and they never try and upsell unless there is something they really believe will benefit me.
